Cyclo Polishers

Why is the Cyclo Polisher the world's premier polisher?

The answer can be found in its patented dual orbital heads. Rather than spin like traditional rotary polishers, the Cyclo Polisher's heads rotate in an overlapping circular motion. Its movement is almost identical to hand polishing, only much quicker. That unique combination of motion, speed, and just the right weight makes it perfect for deoxidizing, buffing, and glazing paint and metals to a mirror finish.

Equally important, the Cyclo tool's innovative design eliminates the two main problems that plague rotary polishers: heat build-up that can cause visible burns, gouges, and swirls, and vibration. Click here to learn more about the Cyclo Polisher.

Which Cyclo Polisher is Right for me?

Below is a quick overview of the different polishers available from Cyclo Toolmakers, Inc. The "-Pro" models have variable speed control. If you are using 110 volts you will need to select between the Model 5 and the Model 5-Pro (the variable speed model). If you use 230 volts you will then need to select between our Model 5C and Model 6CE. Both machines are 230 volt but the Model 6CE is the only machine approved for use in EU countries, Australia and New Zealand. All other 230 volt countries use the Model 5C.

Once you know the right machine, you will select a "configuration" or the attachments on the machine. The configuration could be one with backing plates for velcro attached pads, or it could be one with scrub brushes. Click on your tool of choice below to expose the various configurations. Tools are only supplied from the factory with a configuration.
